    Abstract

For the manufacture of permeable room-temperature recycled asphalt using recycled aggregates of waste asphalt concrete, this study derived the optimal mixing ratios of binders for various methyl methacrylate (MMA) resins and hardeners. A thermocouple was installed for each mold, and the samples were compared in terms of polymerization temperature and hardening time. The MMA resins showed a decrease in polymerization temperature and curing time with higher concentration and amount of Benzoyl peroxide (B.P.O.) The optimal mixing conditions to facilitate the production of radicals and polymerization reactions are a mix of 50% B.P.O., having a half life of 30 minutes, at 3%. In addition, a study on the mechanical properties and durability performance of the permeable asphalt mixture using MMA resin should be made in the future
